In 2022, our co-founder bought a ₹950 tortoise-shell clip from a "premium" boutique. It snapped on day four. The brand's reply email took eight days, and arrived saying "non-returnable."

Evogirl started on the bus ride home. One product — a ₹250 tic-tac pearl set — and one promise: if it broke, we'd replace it, no friction. Three years later the promise hasn't changed; the range has.

We are still a small team in Ahmedabad. We still answer our own WhatsApp.
